Scheme Update

Editor's Note > – Oct 20, 2008 – by SCHEME MAG del.icio.us Digg

Hey Schemer’s

We at Scheme just wanted to provide a quick update as we know it has been sometime since our last written post. We are working on some exciting changes and have some great issues in the works. The biggest change is that Co-Founder and Editor -in-Chief (and hip hop junkie!) Dale Coachman has accepted an Editor position with a prominent African American publication! As I have told Dale before, I am extremely proud of him and have been honored to work with him since the beginning of Scheme. As such, Dale will be stepping away from the Editor-In-Chief position but is still very much a part of the Scheme family. We do have a wonderful Editor-In-Chief stepping in to continue Scheme’s vision with her own twist on it. I would like to introduce Simone Banks, who has been a contributor with Scheme Magazine since it’s beginnings and brings with her fresh perspectives and a passion to continue to Scheme vision. Be on the lookout as we will be back in full force. Keep Schemeing!
