ha ha ha i agree..the truth does hurt. However, BET won’t get it until people stop watching the station. I mean, they turned away Little Brother’s video because they stated that “their audience was not ready!” They know exactly what they are doing and whom they are attracting…our stagnant state in the Black community
I am a huge fan of the Boondocks, and am quite disappointed that this episode will not be airing. And what makes me upset the most about BET is how much garbage they put on that Network. But its pretty obvious that they try to attract Black Teens more than anything, with this Black MTV replica.
But I love this cartoon because its shows ignorance, and “stereotype of the black communtiy in a satirical fashion. In fact you guys need to see the episode of Ganstalicious the new one on you tube. It goes to show how no matter how obvious things are, people will be willing to look over it because of its “thug” appeal. So check that out. Peace.
